At YUUGEN we always try our upmost to provide you with our beautiful, hand poured products as soon as we possibly can.

If there are any problems with your order we try to sort this as quickly as possible.

Shipping:

Our products are all handmade so please allow time for your product to be made.

We offer a tracked service , via Evri in the UK only.  

Flat rate ( tracked )  £3.50

For orders over £30 we offer free shipping.

 

Returns: 

If you are not satisfied with your product, we can refund the cost of that item, as long as it is returned in perfect condition.
We do not cover the return shipping charges.

Lost/Damaged Products

When we send our products to you they are always wrapped and well protected for shipping.

But sometimes items can get lost or damaged during shipping which is something which is out of our control.

If a product is damaged, we will send a replacement out to you as soon as we can.
